Registration Policy
When you register for online access, you will be able to manage your shipments, change your address and billing information, and view order history online. If you do not register now, you can do so later using the invoice that comes with your shipment, but will not be able to access your order information online until you do so.
I understand that my credit/debit card will be billed for the product(s) I have ordered every time I am shipped a supply of nutritional supplements on a SmartHabits Auto-Refill Program. I am aware of the automatic refill schedule for each product I am ordering (visible at the top of this page). I may cancel at any time online or by phone. If these terms are not accepted, I will place my order by phone instead.

www.mysmarthabits.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. www.mysmarthabits.com cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email indicating backordered status.
